Support
For help with onemind, check Troubleshooting for common problems, or use the contact form to reach the team directly.
The Troubleshooting section covers installation, authorization, connectivity, project, managed-file, background-service, and credential-storage problems.
Before changing a managed file, run onemind status and preserve all content outside the onemind markers. onemind stops on malformed markers instead of risking user-owned content.
Run onemind version to confirm your installed version; include it, your operating system, and any error output when contacting support.
Send Feedback
The Feedback dialog lets you submit problems or ideas to the onemind team. Open it from the account menu (click your name at the bottom of the side drawer), or from More on a phone. You must be signed in.
Enter your feedback text (up to 4,000 characters). The submission automatically includes your account, workspace, and current page as context.
Include recent diagnostics is an optional toggle you can enable before sending. When on, the submission also attaches a snapshot of:
- App version and environment (OS, browser, platform)
- Up to 50 navigation, failed-request, runtime-error, and network-failure events from the last 5 minutes
- Up to 10 recent sync results
The snapshot never includes message text, Mind content, passwords, or tokens. It is fixed when you click Send and does not refresh if you retry.
If the network is unavailable when you submit, the app saves your draft to browser storage; keep the window open if storage is unavailable. If your session expires before you send, the draft is saved and you are prompted to sign in again.
Product Updates
The Updates page shows the full development log for onemind. No sign-in is required.
Entries are grouped by date, newest first. Each entry carries an area label and a change-type label:
| Label type | Options |
|---|---|
| Area | Platform, Web, CLI, Docs |
| Change type | New, Improved, Fixed |
Use the filter controls on the page to narrow the log to a specific area or change type.
Download The macOS App
The Download page is accessible from the side drawer. It provides a single download button: Download for Apple silicon Mac.
The macOS app requires Apple silicon. Intel Mac users can install the onemind CLI only; the app DMG is not provided for Intel hardware.
Contact onemind
Two public pages handle external requests. Both are accessible without signing in.
- Contact — use this form to reach the onemind team with questions or general feedback. This is separate from the in-app Feedback dialog, which requires a signed-in account.
- Privacy request — use this form to submit a data privacy request (for example, a request under GDPR or similar regulations).
