Agreement and provider

By creating an account, using OneMind, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms with the operator of the OneMind BETA, referred to as “OneMind,” “we,” or “us.” OneMind supplies and licenses the BETA product. Paddle is the seller and Merchant of Record for transactions it processes. If you use OneMind for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. Private legal notices may be submitted through the request form linked below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. OneMind is intended for professional and organizational use, not use by children. You must provide accurate information and comply with laws that apply to you, your organization, and your content.

BETA status and purpose

OneMind BETA is a public, pre-release test service. It is incomplete, has not been fully tested, and may contain serious defects. BETA access lets users evaluate early workflows and give feedback; it is not a promise that any feature or commercial release will become available. “BETA” includes the website, hosted service, apps, command-line tools, Mind storage, AI-tool adapters, and related test features made available during the BETA period.

Permitted BETA use

OneMind helps people and AI tools work from shared team context. During BETA, use it only for evaluation, testing, and non-critical work. Do not rely on it for production operations, legal or regulatory compliance, emergency or safety functions, medical or financial decisions, irreplaceable records, or any activity where an error, outage, security incident, or loss of data could cause material harm. Enterprise, regulated, or production use requires a separate written agreement.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access credentials, and activity performed through your account. Team administrators control membership and permissions for their team. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Free and paid BETA access

An invitation may provide free BETA access or allow purchase of a BETA subscription. Free access has no refund value and may end at any time. For paid access, the checkout states the total price, taxes, term, renewal date, and seat quantity before purchase. Unless canceled, a recurring subscription renews for the period shown at checkout. A team administrator may cancel through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payment does not convert BETA into a finished product or create a service-level commitment.

Orders and payment provider

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for OneMind orders and processes payment, tax, receipts, billing support, subscription changes, and returns. Paddle's buyer terms and the price and renewal information presented at checkout also apply to the transaction.

Your content, test data, and backups

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant OneMind a worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate, test, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the BETA. You are responsible for the necessary rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis for content and personal information you submit. Do not submit production secrets, regulated data, special-category or highly sensitive personal data, irreplaceable records, or content you cannot lawfully expose to an experimental service or configured AI provider. Team administrators control membership and workspace content. Keep an independent current backup of everything important.

Rapid changes and possible data loss

BETA features, limits, interfaces, APIs, storage formats, integrations, pricing, and documentation may change without the compatibility or notice expected from a finished product. We may reset test environments, remove unsupported data, disable integrations, or require users to recreate configuration when reasonably needed for development, security, or reliability. We will take reasonable care, but we do not guarantee preservation, recovery, export, or continued compatibility of BETA data.

Acceptable use

You must not use OneMind to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; interfere with service security or availability; evade plan limits; or upload content you are not permitted to use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, OneMind, Paddle, or the public.

AI and third-party services

OneMind may connect to AI providers, Paddle, Google, and other services. Their terms and privacy notices govern their services. AI output and BETA-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, offensive, or unsuitable. They must be reviewed by a qualified human and must not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, security, or safety advice. You decide whether content may be sent to a configured provider and remain responsible for resulting actions. OneMind is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or availability.

Testing and feedback

You are not required to provide feedback. If you voluntarily provide bug reports, suggestions, evaluations, or other feedback, you grant OneMind a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, commercialize, and incorporate it without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your workspace content. Unless information is marked confidential in a separate written agreement, do not submit confidential information as feedback.

OneMind ownership

OneMind and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, documentation, and related technology. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the service during the applicable account or subscription period. If you voluntarily provide feedback, OneMind may use it without restriction or payment, but will not identify you publicly without permission.

No BETA service level

The BETA may be slow, unavailable, insecure, inaccurate, or interrupted. There is no uptime, support-response, recovery, performance, compatibility, or feature-completion service level unless a separate signed agreement expressly provides one. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue any BETA feature or the BETA itself. For paid access, we will give reasonable notice of a material reduction when practical, subject to urgent security, legal, or operational needs and mandatory refund rights.

BETA disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the BETA is provided “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available.” You knowingly accept the heightened risks of pre-release software. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, security, accuracy, completion, permanent retention, recovery, compatibility, or that defects will be fixed. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. OneMind's total liability arising from the BETA will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount paid for the affected subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Suspension, termination, and the end of BETA

You may stop participating at any time and may cancel a paid subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach, security or operational risk, unlawful use, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirement, inactivity, capacity limit, or because a test or the BETA is ending. Advance notice or an opportunity to remedy may not be possible during BETA, although mandatory rights remain. Your right to use the BETA ends on termination; export anything you need beforehand. Ownership, feedback rights, accrued payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and provisions that by nature should continue survive.

Disputes and mandatory law

Before starting formal proceedings, each party will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice submitted through the private request form. Any dispute is subject to the law and courts determined by applicable conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to approach a regulator or small-claims body remain unaffected.

General terms

These terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Paddle's buyer terms for a transaction, and any signed order or enterprise agreement form the agreement for the service. A signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these website terms. You may not assign these terms without consent; OneMind may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, or sale of the business. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control.

Support and policy changes

For private account, legal, privacy, or billing-related support, use the private request form. Public GitHub issues may be used for non-confidential product bugs only; never include account information, personal data, credentials, or private team content. For order, payment, cancellation, or refund help, use Paddle Buyer Support. We may update these terms prospectively. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change that adversely affects an active paid subscription unless an urgent legal or security reason prevents it.
