Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for OneMind purchases. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to every Paddle transaction, together with any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Canceling a subscription
A team administrator can cancel the OneMind Team subscription through the customer portal available from OneMind Billing settings, or through the manage-subscription link in Paddle's order email. Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using paid features until that date unless a refund ends access earlier.
Refund eligibility
Except where required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable. Under Paddle's current policy, Paddle may consider a discretionary full or partial refund request submitted within 14 days of the transaction date; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal rights and rights concerning a product that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose continue to apply. If a refund is issued, access associated with the refunded purchase ends.
Requesting help or a refund
Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the relevant order. Include the purchase email, order details, and a short explanation. Paddle determines eligibility and returns approved funds to the original payment method when possible.
Technical or access problems
If OneMind is materially unavailable or does not provide the purchased features, report the problem through the private request form and identify it as a billing or access issue, without including passwords or payment-card details. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support at any time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
